We have 5+ teacher accommodations (“teacherages”):

The Triplex: (all units have a woodstove)

One 3-bedroom, two-storey unit

Two 2-bedroom, two-storey units

The Duplex

Two 1-bedroom, units (on one level)

“The Manor”

A 1-bedroom, oceanside, south-facing mobile home (that overlooks Spirit Bear Lodge and “up the pass”)

Additional Information

• Rents are $350/month, all inclusive.
• The triplex and duplex bathrooms were renovated in 2022.
• Pets are allowed (for a yearly damage deposit).
• Teachers allotted $50/month for internet (and then pay the balance)
• The furnished units are clean and comfortable. Our maintenance staff assists with any repairs and cleaning.
• All units have a TV, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, updated appliances, freezers, furniture, shelves, etc.
• Bedding and towels not provided.
