Health Education

Kitasoo Community School works with teacher and certified sexual health educator, Jessy Wollen. Through workshops, professional development training, and resources, she forges the way for teachers, caretakers, parents, and grandparents who want to learn how to talk to young people—including diverse learners—about sexuality without being weird about it. As Jessy, from SHIFT Education, says, “It takes a bit of work and a whole lot of humour.”
